Equipment certification
Transferred equipment activates only after the holder reaches its required planet tier.
Physical transfer
A player can drop, store, or hand equipment to another player. Item progress remains on the physical item.
Activation rule
The holder must personally reach the required planet tier. A transferred item does not skip expedition progress.
