Aegis Rune
Aegis Rune has distinct tool and weapon effects.
Overview
Aegis Rune stays on one exact physical item after socketing.
Effects
| Equipment | Effect |
|---|---|
| Tool | Improve Core yield |
| Weapon | Reduce incoming damage while held |
| Armor | Absorbs one destructive enhancement result, is consumed, and leaves the piece at its current level. |
Special rule: Can absorb one destructive enhancement failure.
Socket and extraction
Runesmith Nyra sockets and extracts runes. Tools and weapons have two sockets.
Armor compatibility depends on the exact piece. A rune remains item-owned after transfer.
